  • Blackened Grouper – Dusted in our signature house made blackened seasoning
  • Grilled Salmon with a lemon caper butter sauce sprinkle with fresh dill & Italian parsley
  • Shrimp - Lobster or Shrimp Ceviche – Fresh squeeze lime with garlic, fire roasted red peppers and cilantro

  • Italian Baked Ziti with ground sirloin of beef  and a blend of imported and domestic cheese

  • Eggplant Parmesan – choices of; meat or vegetarian
  • Chicken Florentine – Chicken breast stuffed with spinach & cheese with a bursin cheese  Florentine cream sauce
  • Baked Lasagna al Forno – Homemade with ground sirloin of beef & cheese

  • Chicken  Scaloppini – Fresh stew tomatoes with roasted garlic, fire roasted red peppers, mushrooms & shallots
