California Strawberries dipped in milk chocolate & white chocolate

Shrimp Cocktail

Served in a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce and zesty cocktail sauce with fresh lemon & lime wedges

Seafood kabob 

Skewer fresh jumbo shrimp, scallops, and lobster served in a bed of iceberg lettuce with lemon and lime wedges with side of mango chutney

Vegetable Crudités

Gourmet miniature canapes to include cucumbers stuffed with vegetable cream cheese, California steak tomatoes stuffed with bursin cheese, celery sticks filled with blue cheese spread, broccoli & cauliflower tossed with extra virgin olive oil and herbs, served with gourmet crackers

Garnished with black olives and fire roasted red peppers

Assortment of Shaved Deli Meats

Roasted pork, rotisserie turkey and Roast beef served with rolls, butter, mustard, horseradish sauce, garnished to perfection

California Roll-Up Sandwiches

Buffalo chicken wrap with romaine lettuce, chives, julienne celery and side of ranch dip & Oriental chicken wrap with spring lettuce, diced tomatoes, chives, julienne carrots, fried wanton noddles grill chicken and sesame dressing  

Steak Tomatoes & Mozzarella Cheese

California steak tomatoes and imported mozzarella cheese splashed with extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil and served with fresh Italian bread 
 

Chicken Cordon Blue Pinwheels

Chicken Breast stuffed with ham, Gruyere cheese, Parmesan cheese lightly fried and cut into pinwheels, served with honey Dijon

 

Seafood Pasta

Shrimp, scallops, fish, and lobster, penne pasta, fire roasted red peppers, scallions, Julianne carrots, and sesame balsamic vinaigrette sauce


Ceviche

Shrimp, grouper, and lobster in our garlic lime mojito sauce sprinkle with fresh cilantro, fire roasted red peppers and side of Cuban garlic bread
 Pate Maison

Rich chicken liver pate served with toasted garlic and butter baguettes

Mediterranean

A Mediterranean spread of tabule, hummus, grape leaves, calamatas olives, feta cheese, peperoncinis, fire roasted red peppers hummus and pita bread

Japanese California Rolls

California roll, stuffed with imitation crab, avocado & topped with sesame seed
Shrimp Tempura Roll, rice roll stuffed with fried shrimp & topped with sesame seed
House Special Roll, eel, smoked Salmon, tempura shrimp and avocado served with wasabi, soy sauce, spicy mayo & sriracha hot sauce
